CAMP RULES

These rules apply to all campers, counselors, guests, and volunteers. Group leaders are responsible for ensuring every member of their group has read and agrees to these rules. Signed waivers are required for every person on property.

⚠ Note: Minnetonka Christian Camp is a PEANUT-FREE campus. No peanut products of any kind are permitted on property. Please communicate this to every member of your group, including parents and guardians, prior to arrival.

────────────────────────────────────────

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

────────────────────────────────────────

- Report to the camp office upon arrival. Do not proceed to cabins or dorms before checking in.

- Submit all required forms at check-in: Camper/Counselor Waivers, Church Roster, and Church Registration.

- Vehicle passes are issued at check-in and must be displayed on your rearview mirror at all times on property.

- After unloading, park in designated areas southeast of the girls' dorms. Do not block roadways or park in front of the motel.

- Payment is due upon arrival. Cash and checks only. All sales are final — no refunds for cancellations. If a camper or counselor leaves early or is sent home for any reason — including illness, conduct violations, or personal choice — no refund will be issued.

────────────────────────────────────────

LEADERSHIP & SUPERVISION

────────────────────────────────────────

- Sponsors must maintain supervision of all members of their group at all times.

- Minimum supervision ratios: 1 chaperone per 8 teenagers; 1 chaperone per 6 children.

- Chaperones must be at least 18 years of age and at least two years older than the campers they supervise.

- Each group is solely responsible for the behavior and well-being of every member of their group for the entirety of their stay.

- No adult may be alone with a minor in any private space — including cabins, dorm rooms, bathrooms, or vehicles. A second adult must always be present, or the setting must be open and visible to others (two-adult rule).

- Counselors may not share a bunk, bed, or sleeping area with a camper under any circumstances.

- Bunk and cabin checks must be conducted from the doorway only. Entry into a sleeping area requires a second adult present.
